President Biden’s CMS vaccination mandate
On Wednesday of this week, President Biden announced that he has directed CMS (Center for Medicare & Medicaid) to develop emergency regulations requiring nursing homes to mandate COVID-19 Vaccinations for staff. At this time, we are uncertain of when or any details of the vaccination mandate. We will honor exemptions for medical and religious reasons, as required by law.
